I had high hopes for this hotel, especially given its connection to Indigenous culture, but it ended up being a mixed experience. The stunning location with serene mountain views is definitely a plus. Unfortunately, the room was quite dated and not as clean as I'd hoped, which was really disappointing. On the service side, while the staff at check-in were courteous, the restaurant service left much to be desired with long waits and a lack of attention. The dining options were also limited. Overall, it had its bright spots, but I wouldn't recommend it based on my stay.

I had a pretty decent stay at the resort overall; the golf course was good and the restaurant had excellent food options, but I really struggled with the noise from a wedding taking place nearby. The staff seemed indifferent when I mentioned the issue at checkout, which was disappointing. Still, the beautiful surroundings made for an enjoyable experience despite the hiccup.
